Our Akhal-Teke Horses

The Akhal-Teke is one of the world’s oldest and rarest horse breeds, known for its elegance, endurance, intelligence, and distinctive metallic sheen.

For centuries, these horses have been treasured by the Turkmen people and are considered a national symbol of pride and heritage.

Today our visitors can experience the Akhal-Teke through private stables, horse riding, shows, and guided excursions near Ashgabat.

Often called the “Golden Horse” or “Heavenly Horse,” the Akhal-Teke played an important role along the Silk Road and influenced many horse breeds around the world.
